Brewing Guide

For Leaves in a Bowl, use an 8-10 oz bowl, with 1 pinch to 2.5-3 grams or more of leaf as a starting point. Experiment to find your personal preference for different types of tea.  Add hot water.  Let the tea brew for a few minutes.  Enjoy the aroma and the warmth of the bowl.  Watch the leaves begin to unfurl.  Take your time drinking.  You may resteep the tea several times.

Brewing tea with intention takes curiosity, patience and practice. It also honors the work of the farmer growing and crafting your tea. These guidelines are a starting place. Experiment! You can change the amount of tea and water, the steeping time, and the brewing vessel to suit your taste.
